Since 1993 connected with the Kronospan Group, in which he has managing and supervisory functions, i.a. Member of the Board of the Management in the companies: Kronospan Mielec Sp. z o.o. and Kronoflooring Mielec Sp. z o.o. with the seats in Mielec, Kronospan HPL Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Pustków and Kronospan Szczecinek Sp. z o.o. and Kronospan Polska Sp. z o.o. with the seats in Szczecinek. Participant, coordinator or leader of many investment projects executed by the Kronospan Group in Poland and abroad, e.g. construction of factories in Mielec or the currently executing project of the factory construction in Strzelce Opolskie. Membership in the Steering Committee of the Kronospan Group, which main goals are i.a. standardization of controlling processes in the companies Kronospan in the whole world as well introducing and changing in the politics of the Group e.g. in sales, purchase and controlling politics. Since 2000 responsible in the frame of the Kronospan Group in Poland for the cooperation with the State Forests and for wood supply and since 2007 additionally for the commercial sphere of activity of the Group in Poland.
