Joanna Połetek – Żygas
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Joanna Połetek-Żygas holds a law degree from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. After completing her legal training, she served as a judge at the District Court and the Voivodeship Court in Bydgoszcz, adjudicating civil and commercial cases.
Since 1994, she has co-managed a law firm operating as a civil partnership, specializing in providing legal services to entrepreneurs. She also completed postgraduate studies in European Union Tax Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
For many years, she has been a member of the Bioethics Committee of Collegium Medicum, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, most recently serving as its Chairwoman.
Since 1994, she has co-managed a law firm operating as a civil partnership, specializing in providing legal services to entrepreneurs. She also completed postgraduate studies in European Union Tax Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
For many years, she has been a member of the Bioethics Committee of Collegium Medicum, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, most recently serving as its Chairwoman.
She is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act. She does not conduct any business activities competing with KPPD-Szczecinek S.A. She serves as an independent member of the Supervisory Board.
Krzysztof Lewandowski
Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Krzysztof Lewandowski holds a degree in Wood Technology. From 1986 to 1990, he worked at the Drawsko Forest District as a Forestry Technologist specializing in timber harvesting.
He joined KPPD-Szczecinek S.A. in 1990 at ZPD Drawsko Pomorskie, initially as a Foreman and later as Deputy Plant Director. Between 1997 and 1999, he served as Director of ZPD Łubowo. In 1999–2000, he was President of the Management Board of Sławodrzew Sp. z o.o. in Sławno, a company majority-owned by KPPD-Szczecinek S.A. From 2001 to 2015, he was Director of ZPD Kalisz Pomorski, and between 2016 and 2024, Director of ZPD Sławoborze.
He has extensive expertise in the wood industry, including technology, operations, and in-depth knowledge of the Company and its plants. He has been actively involved in the development of many facilities, most notably in the expansion and modernization of the Kalisz Pomorski plant. He has also played an active role in the Company’s organizational transformations and in shaping and implementing the long-term development strategy of KPPD-Szczecinek S.A.
He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act. He does not conduct any business activities competing with KPPD-Szczecinek S.A. He serves as a dependent member of the Supervisory Board.

Eliza Stępniewska
Secretary of the Supervisory Board
Eliza Stępniewska is a graduate of the Mechanical Technical School in Szczecinek. Between 1971 and 1975, she was employed at “Polam” Installation Equipment Plant in Szczecinek as Junior Technologist.
From 1975 until March 31, 2025, she worked at KPPD-Szczecinek S.A., where she held a number of increasingly responsible positions: Senior Officer in the Investment Department, Mechanical Specialist, Head of the Investment Section, and, since 1999, Deputy Technical Director. In this capacity, she supervised the majority of the Company’s investment projects across its branches — from design, through negotiations, to final commissioning.
Throughout her career, she represented the Company before public and local administration authorities in administrative proceedings related to these projects, including obtaining necessary permits, authorizations, and decisions. She also oversaw Company-wide activities in the field of environmental protection and minimizing environmental impact.
Eliza Stępniewska has not engaged in any professional activity outside the Company, including any competitive business, and she is not a member of corporate bodies or a partner in partnerships. She is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
She brings extensive knowledge and skills in the industry in which the Company operates and serves as a dependent member of the Supervisory Board.

Michał Raj
Mamber of the Supervisory Board
Michał Raj is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź, with a specialization in Business Law. He has extensive professional experience in law, economics, and finance, complemented by broad competences in management and supervision.
Since 2006, he has been a practicing attorney-at-law. In 2011, he obtained qualifications as a restructuring advisor, and in 2018 he was appointed as a court expert in economics. He has also completed postgraduate studies in accounting and financial management as well as real estate valuation. He holds professional qualifications as a property valuer.
From 2008 to 2021, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee of KPPD-Szczecinek S.A.
He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act and does not conduct any competitive activities in relation to the Company. In particular, he does not participate in any competing partnerships, companies, or corporate bodies.

Joanna Jodłowska
Mamber of the Supervisory Board
Joanna Jodłowska holds a degree in Economics from the Poznań University of Economics. Since 1994, she has been associated with Kronospan Polska Sp. z o.o., where she currently serves as Finance Director. Previously, she held the positions of Head of the Finance Department and Chief Accountant.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Szczecinek Construction Company “Pojezierze” as Head of the Finance Department, as well as at the Szczecinek branch of the National Bank of Poland.
She is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act. She participates in a competing company as a member of its governing body. She serves as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of KPPD-Szczecinek S.A.
