Quality of side A:

– even colour lamella (without false heartwood in beech and sapwood in oak)

– without wood technical defects as knots, cracks, decolouring

– without production-technical defects as open joints, filler on the surface and edges, defects of sanding

Quality of side B:

– allowed light false heartwood without limit in beech and streak of sapwood in oak

– single sound, integrated knots up to 5 mm in diameter (1 knot per 1m).

PROCESSING:
Used glue: polyvinyl acetate giving a joint with D3 resistance. On order – with the addition of a hardener (group D-4).

Finishing:

• sanded with granulated paper 40 and 80 grit, upon request 100 and 120 grit
• lengthways edges: can be sharp edged or rounded

Colour:

• boards can be in natural colour, lightly steamed (beech) or oiled

USAGE:

• 18 mm thick – furniture front panels, shelves, under steps
• 27 mm thick – kitchen counters, window sills
• 40 mm thick – stair steps, worktops

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• glued boards are certified by State Sanitary Inspection for food usage

• we use a special oil for colouring the wood that is certified by State Sanitary Inspection for food usage.

COMPLETING AND PACKAGING:

We can sell all our standard products by pallets or pieces at any time.

Goods before sending are verified with a customer order.

We pack all products on custom made single use pallets with binding tape and plastic wrap.

Stair cheeks

• it is a supportive part of stair construction in a colour and kind of wood suited to the rest of the stairs elements
• because of big dimensions they are produced only as finger-jointed lamella.
• in standard cheeks are in a given dimension which can be adjusted by a stair constructor to individual needs of a customer

Doorsteps

• beech, oak and pine made of finger-joined lamella (standard) or solid lamella
